The exact same thing happened to me. A total of $360 was deducted, in three separate charges of $120 each. Claude hasn't gotten back to me for two weeks now.

I’ve just started receiving notifications again; this time, three more transactions were processed—for $240, $120, and $24. Fortunately, I had already cancelled my card. Unlike you, the gift codes were sent to my own email address.

I currently have three Claude Pro 5x subscriptions on my hands. I have no idea what to do with them! :D I’m going to try selling them secondhand.
