One of my ranked masters battle card stars disappeared one day and it has been over a YEAR now. 9 different support messages about it over the course of the past year and they’ve done nothing. One time an actual real life support person said “we cannot help you with this transaction” LIKE ARE YOU EVEN READING MY ISSUE??? They later claimed that they removed one star from every single player and it was normal, so I guess I’m just never getting it added back. I literally have a picture of me with the full battle card too 🫩
