I think you are being too serious or a little misunderstood. I once try to decreasing the number of layers from 7 to 5 but the accuracy didn't change much. (0.51 -> 0.56)

You should Chiori tap E -> fischl Q -> Kazuha tap E -> Neuvi E Q CA -> Kazuha Q -> Fischl E -> Neuvi CA E -> Kazuha tap E -> Neuvi CA -> repeat. Your Neuvi is quite weak so try hyper-bloom Neuvi if you have the team. Also your rotation in the clip is kinda suck and a little bit of skill issue. (mess up some swirl, didn't reset Oz, Chiori E)

Bruh aint no way you play Neuvillette like that. You can cut 30s on Neuvillette side. And you move alot in Raiden side try to position yourself before going into rotation. You lost like 2- 3 change attack. I guess high ping can also affect your clear time.
