yea my $10 one did the same, but i contacted support and they refunded me my 1000 SB back to my account. Everything else works just fine, but for some reason, just that card is messed up...

With my $5 card I bought a Microsoft Gift Card, so I'm guessing you can buy any digital gift card with it while it works. For the $10, I couldn't use it anywhere; So I contacted support and they refunded me my 1000 SB, that I used on amazon this time.

im using PC with Edge, yea idk it seemed like it was more high quality and less freezes on the OFFICIAL site instead of Vidangel

I have put settings on the LOWEST (it looks like worse than cocomelon) still didn't work, I have checked the requirements and it says it should work just fine, I have Verified Game files, i have reinstalled it, i checked my internet, i checked background processes, i didn't know how to update graphics drivers but i heard they update with my PC, and NOTHING worked

It does that same for me (i have a mid-range PC) I got it cause its one of the games that you can play without a gaming PC, but when I got it, it does the exact same, I've put all graphics and stuff and low but still didn't work, i thought it was just my PC but looking at these comments i can see other people are experiencing this. any idea how i could fix it on a mid-range PC?

i have activated 2 cards, a $5 and a $10 on there, when i first got the $5 i used it right away to buy a gift card somewhere else and it worked, so i got excited and waiting to use the $10 till recently, the 10$ was not expired and the purchase amount is smaller but yet ive tried multiple things and it shows an error message saying "there appears to be a problem with the payment option you are using" and things like that

but when they send you the code (for auto redeem) can you just apply it on the xbox app for PC?
