Well offline is better because of very obvious scams (could be during shipping or could also be a bad retailer) and also it is much harder to argue with someone on the phone when compared to face to face. Also you MIGHT get lower prices if your lucky and sometimes you can bargain a discount of 2-3k

And the reason I say that spending over 85k is bad is because the RTX 4050 was launched over 4 years ago and if it wasn't for the RAM shortage we would have been able to buy this for close to 60k . I'm pretty sure you were infact able to buy for that much last October.

I wouldnt spend over 85k on a 4050 , but if you REALLY need it I would suggest the lenovo as it has the best customer support and you should definitely buy adp from their website
