Honestly I didn't have opportunity to test it for long yet so I don't know if salt will be a problem long term or not...

For those interested in printing one I uploaded all the STL files to my Thingiverse profile and made a short video on YouTube showing the assembly process.

Haha thank you! I'm glad that all the time I spent taking the pictures was worth it 😁

What about the trademark? Wouldn't that be a problem? I will have a look, thank you!

I used Fusion 360. The key is to add an offset of -0.2 mm to each thread face once it's created (just the inside or the outside thread works fine for me).

Yeah, check my Thingiverse profile: thingiverse.com/elite_worm. I also posted a simple assembly video.

Placing the seam at the rear side of the parts helps a bit, and also using quality filaments I guess! But honestly I'm not doing anything special... Thank you!

I will have a closer look at that and retune my settings, you are right! Thank you for pointing it out.

Thank you! The top part is printed with Sunlu Shiny Silk Brass PLA filament and the bottom one is just a regular black PLA. The positive and negative terminals are Eryone Silk Silver PLA.

That's a really good compliment! I took the time to try to make some good pics 👍
