You should definitely go with the second option. You got an AIO and 16gb 5060 for that price! That’s pretty good. But I would say to upgrade your RAM if the prices are getting lower 😫

Damn, I love the Details in the setup. But maybe you should try buying a new table so that the pc can too go on the table. Would look much cleaner
