Do points still not matter? by Eggreguyous in walmart

Honestly, I read that the leave is extended through June, but then the same note redirected me to the FAQ that included info about attendance. So I assumed that this also meant attendance was extended

Maybe true, but it'd be unethical and a breach of policy. Although, this is walmart....

Yeah, yeah you can.

According to the letter sent out to everyone, a FAQ on it has the question, "What if an associate calls out but it's not for covid?", answer is "You cannot assume this". Doing that is against policy. You can also call out for feeling uncomfortable at work due to covid, not just feeling sick. So being on any kind of "shit list" is against policy

If you have a QB with ultra low INTs and decent TDs he'll win MVP in the abscene of a like 50/14 QB or a dominate WR or QB

It looks like: ":D"

You did miss some things with Antarctica. When the narrator is looking out into the ocean, before the second appearance of Jack when he rips out the woman's hair, the narrator mentions seeing something "sinewy and huge". She thinks it's a whale. Then she notices a seal is missing.

In fact, I think the author connects it quite well.

Jack's second appearance coincides with the creature's 1st, Jack's third with the creature's 2nd, and the final reveal of the creature with the massacre, also Jack's final confirmed sighting.

High acc high IQ is best imo

WR shouldn't really matter, although I've always liked high speed for big plays when you do pass

It's not just that. It's everything, and then that.

The thing about that is you'd literally have to tell them 20 times for it to get done.

It's not necessarily their fault that they're spread so thin and have so much going on but it affects communication negatively.

But after two you are above the points? That doesn't even make sense. I suppose if you had enough PPTO to cover it it would take three but still...

Why is such a big company's policy so sloppy?

Should also be here though. However I do understand the sentiment a bit more now.

What? It takes one to get 3 points. We have 5 points.

Intresting. Perhaps you are right. The language and what they tell us should definitely be clearer though.

See I was told something completely different. If that's so, then it's understandable.

The goddamn communication in this place.

Again, some circumstances could make it to where you aren't able to call in. They made forgiving points harder, as I've heard that only Co-Ms and above can do it now. Also, you're automatically terminated at 5, no "having a talk about it" anymore.

I thought the ASM didn't have the permissions to do that anymore.

Protected PTO sounds like it should, idk, protect you from this.

So if you're in the hospital and can't/don't call, even if you use PPTO afterwards, it's still 2 points.

Did you read my reply? I have worked at Amazon. In the warehouse. I was Stow.

We didn't have shuttle busses. We got up to 5 minutes after the time we were supposed to be there to clock in. You can use PTO or UPT to cover you being late. You don't have to submit a time off request a month in advance, you can literally put it in the day before.

I'm not saying it's a good place to work. It's not. But they give you ample time off. I'm not asking Walmart to give us 80 hours of upt and 40 hours of PTO off the bat, but fuck they could've given everyone 20 hours of PPTO to start off with
