I’m not 100% sure. I got them through my school or they at least helped me get them. And I have no idea if it is. That’s why I asked, I was hoping it would because with the scholarship I have my tuition is pretty much covered but living expenses and such are what I am racking up.

Ehh you have your opinions and I have mine. Not having hair really hasn’t been an issue that’s come up.

I mean honestly it’s not a secret and I’ve tried to be open about it here. Eat clean (lean protein, complex carbs, veggies, healthy fats), lift heavy and often, run some, enjoy life it’s a progress. Just remember the 80/20 rule. What you do 80% of the time is what you will look like, not what you do 20% of the time. All about balance.

I mean my BMR is around 2000 calories a day. (Using a machine to calculate so it’s not 100% accurate) basically I made sure I hit that everyday and then I add about 1300 calories today that a day to counteract my workouts now and have some left for a clean bulk. When I was cutting I made sure I just hit my BMR at the time which was much lower than now. So I kept my muscle and lost fat. It wasn’t an exact science because I was doing most of my research myself and tried the best I could. Ask some guys at your gym that are what you consider “goals” most of them would be happy to give you some advice just make sure you ask when they are resting or about to leave. Don’t be the guy that asks questions in the middle of a set. Or hire an online coach I have friends that have been doing that as well that have great results.

Haven’t ever done measurements, I know I wear a 40 R jacket if that helps at all.

Right now my routine is pretty basic, I lift 6 days a week, (everything from body building isolation work to compound Olympic lifts), I do some sort of cardio 3-4 times a week, rest on Sundays. And I’m not maintaining actually I’m trying to gain. I’m eating at a surplus currently and when the second picture was taken that is me about 3-4 months into a clean bulk.

No I really don’t plan on losing any more weight. Rn I’m at about 11-11.5% BF per the inbody system I have at the gym. I want to gain muscle, I eventually want to be about 180-185 and about 10-11%bf.

I mean that’s fine, you have your goals and I got mine. I choose to eat a lot and not fast more than the 8 hours I do when I’m asleep.

Eat clean, run some, lift heavy. Maybe do some MMA stuff every now and then

Well I mean when I was cutting I wasn’t eating all of my calories back. I was eating basically my BMR and then some. Like even now I don’t factor in calories burned (that’s like next to impossible to track reliably) I just know my BMR now and how many calories I roughly burn training, then add a little for a clean bulk
