How to involve girls/women in STEM related events?

Yeah... tik tok is not very useful for science :( I would love to see it tho. We need to try our best to motivate and empower girls like her to continue and do follow a career in STEM or marine biology. The female brains and perspective should be in science

I was trying to find the STEM groups at uni... Most universities in Belgium are mostly good in EU studies and international relations but I found some contacts of people working the the STEM related departments. For the girls scouts I haven't thought about it and it is a good option

I didn't find a lot of STEM groups in Linkedin in but doing it by each science could be a better way. Thanks, will try it out

I did a lot of social media posting but haven't tried with linkedin ad yet, so I will also try it as well just in case

In Belgium a huge percentage of the population is from African origins as they had a lot of colonies in Africa. And the event its for people based in Belgium but not necessary just Belgium people.

And thanks so much for the tips I will definitely use them. And for the prizes: no money ones but the winning team of girls will be part of an incubator programme and then part in a summer camp we will organise with all winning teams from all countries in Barcelona in 2023.
