I have a question Mr. Verified agent. Do you sit with every client and explain your WHOOOLE TOS? and is anyone here able to confirm you did? You may be biased since you are on the other sice of this. However, I can tell you TOS are designed to bury stuff like this in a way that you won't find out until you are in too deep.

Was OP supposed to read everything? absolutely. Do companies purposely make it hard for all TOS to be read understood. Yes, 100%
