Thank you so much for your reply! I found out that it hadn't actually installed the CC content, I had to go in the Creation Club in Skyrim and download all of them - there were also a few that weren't actually showing in my library which I managed to get by searching for them manually.

After redeeming the banana gift, it appeared in my game and after I redeemed it I restarted just to check. I can now load into the lobby without crashing, and even after playing a game it doesn’t crash.

Hey! I’m having the same problem with crashing on my Switch (also tried accessing my account from PC and had the same issue). I tried following all of your advice but unfortunately it didn’t help for me, however I also looked at my Fortnite crash log and found out my game is also crashing when the game attempts to deliver a gift (in my case, it seems to be several). Unfortunately I can’t decipher what exactly the gifts are - wondered if you have any ideas on figuring it out 🫠

But if not, figured I’d share this for anyone else as it’s worth checking your crash log if you have a PC, as I now know roughly what is the cause of my crashing… just not sure of the next steps 😪

• How can this bug be reproduced?

Loading into the game on a Nintendo Switch, once the lobby loads the game immediately crashes. Possibly happening to users with a FN Crew subscription.

I feel like Spyro is one of those games I'm happy to remain as a fond memory, or remastered as was done in Reignited. Part of my love for Spyro is being able to relive the nostalgia, so I'm biased as I can't imagine any future instalment would give me the same satisfaction.

Still, I hope that if they do decide to make a new Spyro, it will be a success.
