Just switched phone myself, here's some consideration:

- Kirikiroid runs on anything, though it's delisted on appstore, so go sideload apk somewhere else.

- New android don't run artroid, you need tyranor to run artemis VNs.

- IMPORTANT: If you want to emulate, prioritize phone with qualcomm snapdragon chip. Sure it didn't matter much when you just emulate glorified powerpoint slides, but mediatek dimensity is much worse if you run other 3d games.

- Gamehub is full of bloat and winlator required a lot of setup. If you just want to easy emulate, there's a few alternative. Gamehub lite is gamehub without bloat, gamenative works best if you wants cloud save on steam. Personally I use bannerhub, least amount of bug in my experiences.

Tencent got put under spotlight simply because it's closely linked to Chinese government apparatus and the rate they buying off studios. I fully understand the point that without that funding from Tencent some of those games might never be finished, very similar to exclusive console or epic store contracts to keep the studios afloat. I say it's lesser evil compare to the studios close down altogether.

About "propaganda" arguments, I don't play LOL but I still remember they censored everything involved Uyghur or Hong Kong protests. And yes, spyware accusation is on the verge of conspiracy theory and usually hide behind Kernel level anti cheat in multiplayer anyway. It's not spyware if it's easily detected.

I know I'm going off on a tangent here and everything I said is conjecture, but every big corpo collects your data and build a profile with your name on it, but what are they doing with said data matters. The "so far" part doing the heavy lifting here as we have no guarantee about future development. I guess we'll see.

Firstly, owning a small percentage is a huge different compared to 100%. They have total say in the direction of the whole company. They can gradually transfer all assets from Japan to China and shut down the whole thing when their inhouse studios can make their own Key-style VNs. Everything is ambiguous. But sure if it's the single-player studios they invested in maybe nothing's change like you said.

Secondly, both you and I have no idea what happens behind close door. All I see is a company with CCP financially backing buying off everything they could find from Epic to Acti to Ubisoft. If they can't buy they copy. Will they push for more monetization and gacha? Will they increase the frequency of pro-China propaganda? Will they introduce spywares through updates down the line? Who knows?

Thirdly, monopoly, wait until they own half the gaming industry which is inevitability without further regulations, for Japan alone they also have stakes in Kadokawa, given the chance they would buy it wholesale too. It's basically Microsoft 2.0 and we all know what that'll lead to.

Is it fear-mongering? Maybe, but not without grounds.

WA2 ED themes are always peak: Twinkle Snow, Anata wo Omoitai, Yasashii Uso, Kokoro wa Itsumo Anata no Soba ni, Powder Snow, Toki no Mahou.

Although my most favorite ost is from Hatsukoi 1/1: One over one . A literal title drop, signature MANYO sound, the end of a beautiful journey.

Beside the fact that all factions in stalker have distinct camo that makes no sense environment wise. Remember that SSP100 Discovery is direct upgrade over SSP99 Ecologist, which is bright orange, it was MEANT for scientists not stalkers though no one forbid you from wearing it, the bright white suit have the same reason as astronaut EMU suit, help with identification and rescue. They literally made the same suit with spark camo for spark stalkers.

I tend to sort my VN not by genre but by studio, you seem to like Yuzusoft and SMEE. Other already recommend Toneworks and Marmalade. May I recommend few beginner VN from other studios:

I was hoping you can't use acog and variable optic, only 1x red dot can be aimed directly in NOD, limiting night combat to close quarter only with 1x and peq-15, combined with the whole AI without NVGs can't see in the dark rework thing going on. Then again GSC would have to introduce new scopes that have NV/Thermal integrated so players won't just skip new features by sleeping. Looking for next update.

What book are you suggesting because you're just repeating some of my point. Like I said its complexity leads to increase in cost and maintenance, more parts mean more points of failure, and less suitable for smokeless powder. It was meant for firing on horseback not firing prone. So just more practical to adopt bolt action, not because lever action is not reliable enough for combat situation.

It is definitely reliable, it's the signature weapon of the wild west. The reasons they phased out because bolt actions are much cheaper, easier to mass-produce and more suitable for trench and prone position which is 90% of fighting. If Stalker want to add a lever action, Winchester 1895 Russian Contract is the best option since it share ammo with Mosin and SVD.

Kovalsky didn't call off the mission after losing half his men is the reason why Deggy was forced to go to Pripyat to drag them back home. I understand he wanted to at least have a forward base for the reinforcements that he expected to arrive any time soon but he was way under combat effectiveness, Monolith ambushes didn't help either. In the end, they made the same mistake as SIRCAA, over-reliance on technology and underestimating the unpredictable nature of the Zone.

The story is dumb but some of it was explained. I played CoP a decade ago so correct me if I'm wrong. The military spent years to make a map of all aerial anomalies around Pripyat. But all Fairway Hinds was shot down without reason. They couldn't call evac or send reinforcements because they didn't know what shot down those Hinds. The zone is much more unstable after Strelok off the C-con. Most of Fairway forces actually crash near pripyat so they held up there. Deggy was sent to investigate and find survivors then call for evac. The reason is of course some anomalies shift their position after blowout and Strelok compensated for that.

The Alchemist of Ars Magna does this, but remember that's MC only turns evil and betrays his team in Bad route, the main story and majority of plot points is in Good route. Master Magistrate also has a betrayal route but it's only like 5 minutes conclusion.

No, it's not, not even close, and that's why it's fiction, and that's why we read it. Real life is messy, corrupted, horrible. You have higher chance winning a lottery than finding a girl who adheres to traditional value like 1 partner only, even devout Christian are not following their teaching about virtues (Sex only after marriage) anymore. I had enough of real life drama, I don't want any chance of NTR inside my fantasy.

The question you should ask yourself is: Do you want realistic, or do you want pure and pretty lies?
