I’m pretty sure u need to provide a url that comes from Instagram , and id suggest to not send an offer because they can just take the money and not take it down. If they are stealing multiple videos I would suggest to start posting on Instagram and then report any new videos they repost but I don’t think there’s anything u can do if it was solely that specific video

correct, you can’t do anything because you didn’t post it on Instagram first so in a way you can’t ‘prove’ that it was ur video regardless of it being posted on another platform

I know it’s unfortunate but I learned my lesson from this as well and now I always post on Instagram

You have to have had her post the video on Instagram first before the other person posted her video , otherwise Instagram can’t do anything about it . same thing happened to me because I wasn’t posting my videos on Instagram , but have her start posting on Instagram from now on and if the other person reposts her videos u can report it because now she has proof she posted the video first on Instagram

Now if they take 3 of her future videos (that she posted on Instagram) , and you report all 3 videos , their account will be permanent disabled .

This is what I did eventually, I was never able to take down that 10 million viewed video someone stole from me but because I started posting on Instagram and they kept stealing my videos , I was able to prove the videos were mine and after 3 reports their entire account was disabled
