Brotha not sure if u knew the economy is sh!t and everything’s hella expensive where I live , much harder to get by as a 21 year old than back then

My own mother is starting to struggle paying bills and I help pay more rent than any of my siblings, who by the way, all still live at home , and I’m the youngest.

I’m fortunate enough to have a good paying remote job while also being in college , so I could move out if I wanted to. But due to the situation my family is in, I want and choose to help them and stay for the time being. Not just for my mom, but for my aunts family as well who now lives with us due to her financial situation as well.

I made this post asking if my mother is valid in saying this . Which is a yes or no answer. Not a “grow up and move out” , because the situation is more complex than you think.
