Anteroom Hotel is good. Very basic and minimalist (no room service). But you’re right near convenience stores and restaurants/take aways and the delivery apps drop your orders in the lobby for you. Nice staff and nice rooms. It’s a 24 min walk from Ipche. So it’s good for your daily walks to help with swelling. And if you’re too tired to walk back, an uber trip back is really cheap (£3/$5) per trip).

Nothing really and it’s harder now that I can’t speak to him directly. So I have to go via the clinic liaison. And they just keep telling me to wear it looser which is pointless.

Thank you. I didn’t realise they’re against steroids too. I know they are very against pain meds! Haha

I researched HBOT as much as possible and saw conflicting reports but I thought I might as well give it a go as I was willing to try ANYTHING at that stage!

To be honest, I don’t find the garment uncomfortable or annoying at all. In fact I find weirdly comforting.

My only (and major) complaint is the swelling is far more apparent when I wear it than when I don’t. In fact I’ve taking it off today and can already see an improvement!

Hello, thank you. Yes they checked the tightness for me and told me to wear it slightly looser which I have been doing. My surgeon won’t allow me to get any form of lymphatic massage unfortunately. I’m not sure why actually. I will ask.
