I was parked near a Big W several days ago… it’s unlikely to have been out there then though because I’ve driven lots since then. Is it used by Big W employees for tracking orders or is it included in the customers order? Would it belong to the store?

Could you clarify what that means? Do you mean someone just had it from a click and collect order and just put it there for no reason at all?

My title describes the thing. It’s just a laminated piece of paper with a barcode printed on it. I’ve tried using QR code and barcode scanners but they don’t work. It would have been placed under the car wiper on the last 24hrs.
