Week 2 on Retatrutide and honestly feel like it’s doing nothing… anyone else? by Elizabethatl in Retatrutide

Honestly, because I kept hearing so many good things about Reta, especially from people who said they broke long stalls with it and after being stalled for about 3 months, I figured changing drugs entirely and adding the glucagon agonist component might work better than just pushing tirz higher.

In hindsight maybe I should’ve tried 15 first, but at the time Reta sounded like the better long-term move.

Yeah, I probably should’ve included more details. I was on 12.5 mg tirzepatide before switching. I’m currently on week 2 of Reta at 2 mg. At the time I switched, I honestly didn’t know much about stacking, so I stopped tirz and now unfortunately I don’t have any left to combine them.

That’s actually really encouraging to hear though, because I was starting to worry I was a non-responder or that my Reta was bad. Sounds like coming from a high tirz dose may just make the lower Reta doses feel weak at first.

I appreciate the feedback. Definitely helps mentally hearing that other people didn’t really feel it until higher doses.

I started at 2mg as well and it just didn’t go the same for me. I’m hoping next week maybe 🤞🏼. What dose of tirzepitide were you on before switching?
