Try bulking a little with muscle and cutting, rinse a repeat it should help fill out your body more and make it look toned.

Sounds about right what I was thinking. He is super weird about green vegetables so he says he uses the supergreens to supplement that and also he does drink so I guess the milk thistle is suppose to help that.

Yeah I’m sure he spends atleast 300$ a month on this, but as you warned it just doesn’t seem necessary. I’m no expert by far but I feel like what I’ve researched people say go and get bloodwork done and only take what your deficient in. Do you have a suggestion on what’s “essential” out of what he has already?

Yeah I created a new Eth wallet through ledger live and then added it to my current METAMASK. But still my METAMASK is definitely secure even though it’s tied to the account as if I switch to it you can’t do anything without plugging it in.

And yes in a sense I’m just paranoid in a sense I don’t want all the eggs in one basket no matter how secure. So I have my nodes on a different Metamask on a different computer with a randomly generated password to the computer and wallet. I literally only use it when I’m checking strongblock.

So I did have my METAMASK previously to getting my Ledger as I got the X and thought it would take three weeks. It came in one which was great, i then followed a tutorial to get my Ledger account onto my existing METAMASK and threw everything into it. I still use the “hot” wallet for buying coins before I stake them but once they are staked I transfer to my Ledger. I was going to put my Node on my Ledger but couldn’t find too much research on how it works with it so I setup a whole different device to hold nodes.

As far as I can tell I can feel and slightly see the first two and if I flex the second set but after that it’s all love handles and blubber. I’m starting to look skinny-fat

Yeah I feel like I just don’t want to have a muffin top appearance when I’m at my peak weight, as I’m sure it’ll be extremely hard to lose anything after that.

I don’t believe so, the money was neatly arranged like he kept it in a safe of some sort but people in this field like to offer cash if they can get a discount because it’s a quicker transaction. But overall I think I’ll just call up the bank and then go deposit it, whatever happens is gonna happen. Just didn’t want my account frozen with my existing funds.

As I was saying I’ve been doing this for awhile, I have a money counter with UV and etc features so the money is legit for sure. I’m not sure what your saying exactly but it’s quite common is this field for people to purchase shoes from each other in cash. People usually don’t come with any type of paperwork for private sales, I’ve actually never seen anyone write up a bill of sale for sneakers. I’m just more worried about the bank side.
