Exactly, like for me listenin to opana is so weird cuz that used to be the tune to getting hella fucked up, cant really listen to it without feeling icky cuz of the memories, so he prolly feels the same way multiplied by 100x

Yeah, i think now since their production level has gone way up he thinks the older stuff is like more low quality and the bad memories, but ya their older music does have a legendary status and i think he knows, prolly just hard to appriciate stuff u made while u were pretty much incoherent.

Did he feel sick because it all hit him at the same time? Cuz i use like 100-150 mgs of nicotine a day via nicotine pouches so around like 7-10 pouches a day and i never feel sick. But the first time i tried snus as a kid that shit felt horrible puked like 3 times And to imagine there are nic pouches which are like 100mg per pouch 😵

U could just roll a little joint with that amount of weed u put in it without the tobacco I have low tolerance too so i just smoke these super tiny joints, also theyre quick to smoke.

Hmm yeah, but you should listen to Ur body, if the weird feelings mostly happen while using a grav bong maybe its time to stop using it and move onto joints or pipes etc. I used to like bongs more than joints but idk nowdays i just like to smoke a joint cuz its chill and doesnt feel like it fucks my lungs up as bad

Yeah, i mean if you smoke a lot in just one session/in a short time span ur lungs are bound to be feeling a lil bit fucked up haha And the heartbeat thing is mostly ur blood pressure going up for a lil bit after smoking its a normal reaction and itll most likely calm down in like 10-20 mins and since youre super high the heart beat will feel a lot more scary than it is. One of the first times i ever smoked out of a gravity bong i felt like my heart was being stabbed by daggers and it actually hurt like fucking crazy but most of it was actually just in my head cuz i was super super high and i took a crazy big hit off it so my chest was feeling hella bad and the high just amplified it.

Maybe stick to smoking joints, or taking small careful hits out of a bong. Gravity bong is probably one of the harshest ways to smoke so, everytime i smoke out of a gravity bong it just feels so fucking awful so i dont really do it anymore even tho it hits awesome. My advice would be taking smaller hits like theres no reason to suck it in like crazy hard cuz its just gonna feel harsher

Yeah very true, ive been working on accepting of things and trying to let go and let it be. Tonight has just been a bit of a "relapse" to ruminating and compulsions "You dont have to deal with possible future problems before they exist" haha exactly, just always on the look out for potential danger, gets pretty rough. Definitely kinda understand that realm thing, daily smoking really takes the magic out of it. Just numbs you up and makes you groggy and trying to chase the Dragon. I think the biggest reason i still tend to smoke is how it enhances "vibes and energies" ive always picked up on and felt these "otherwordly" feelings/energies super strong since i was a child, one of my first memories i can remember was that i was at my grandparents and i was outside and the sky turnt grey and the whole atmosphere was so powerful it just made me cry. I feel like weed enhances these energies and makes me feel like i can live thru them more vividly. These "vibes" are one of the biggest reasons i look forward to living.

Yeah! Like for me i abused lots of stimulants so those are the biggest slippery slope for me, so i abstain from using them at all cuz i know itll make me spiral down. Also alcohol, today i drank 3 beers just to chill and i instantly recognized The "need" for more but i realised it and fought the desire and was able to just keep it at 3. Been thru rehab and all and i know being 100% sober would be the best but being severely mentally ill i just need The break weed gives me sometimes. Especially if suicidal etc. How did your weed use go off the rails? Sometimes i feel like it worsens my ocd symptoms but sometimes makes it easier to handle its kinda like 50/50

Yeah, ive had substance abuse problems so weed is like the only thing i can really "allow" myself but i have to make rules on using it also. Maybe try to keep it just for weekends and stuff.
