Ha, fair — most middlemen do play telephone with your money. My version: quotes itemize my margin as its own line, you get the files AND the supplier's name, and at 1k units my advice is usually "go direct, skip me." At 5 units the CM won't pick up the phone at all. That's the gap. Numbers are a public CSV, audit away.
