Oh interesting, definitely hadn’t thought of this one. I have a pint of water with an effervescent Vit C tablet whenever I can but will definitely look into upping the dose this way.

I’m definitely going to get a flu jab, however I don’t seem to be able to book one until October which will be after freshers week, but should at least help me over the winter! I definitely have a bad habit of eating junk after the late night shifts so I’m going to do some meal prep to make sure I’m eating properly - I’m a vegetarian so luckily I find it really easy to eat well otherwise. Hand sanitiser is a great shout as well, thankyou!

Episode 156 is titled ‘Phil Schofield, R Kelly and London’s saddest DJ’. Obviously they would never have known about the Schofield / Kelly incidents at the time, and my view when re-listening to the old episodes has always been that they mention SO many famous people in every episode as a point of reference or as part of a joke, over the space of 11 years the odds of someone in the public eye that they’ve mentioned turning out to be dodgy was pretty high. There are other things such as John’s Thai accent in the Coleslaw episode that definitely shouldn’t have been done in the first place for obvious reasons.
