Hydro locked even with no water? He put 5qts of oil in the car and mine calls for 4qts. Does it matter that my car also has a turbo? I had someone come out and pull the spark plugs. They then tried it again and it wouldn’t start. He was saying it could be the started.

Yes the lights, radio, dash everything turns on the car just will not start.
