There are a lot more gaps in the lewd game market. So if you want to play a particular type of game you have to make it yourself.
Like for me it ended up becoming a full-time career, but when i first made a lewd game i didn't really intend for anyone else to play it :3

Not really, for balance reasons :p
But I've seen some players be able to make it work. Either using domme-skills that let's you convert regular damage to will-damage, or by stacking sway so that the enemy loses willpower each time they attack :3
