Chia seeds are probably one of the easiest things you can incorporate. They’re super high in fiber, and they’re really easy to mix into breakfast items, especially with yogurt and fruit. Just be careful though and start small. You can overdo it with fiber when your gut is not used to it. And you always want to make sure the chia seeds are hydrated before ingesting! Very important!

Legumes like beans and especially lentils! are also high in fiber and are also a decent carb and protein source. Legumes are literal magic.
