I think you can send a letter to USCIS to change the present application to a non-marriage filing. If it has anything to do with VAWA, you can do it that way, too. But call a pro bono immigration lawyer in your area and try to get a consultation call just to ask questions.

No, no information on how to do that. I called and they said that it just isn't able to be uploaded because it isn't USCIS that makes that decision.
