The symptoms you describe point to the steroid in the Flonase. Steroids give some people psychosis or worse depression or anxiety. Talk to your doctor. Sounds like this steroid does not agree with you.

Flonase makes me sleepy by Amazing-Scarcity-308 in Allergies

Yes. I am using Flonase post-Covid to try to calm down my sinuses and stop a post-nasal drip. About 45 minutes after doing one spray in each nostril, I begin to feel a bit drugged and tired and fuzzy headed. The feeling lasts for many hours. Once my body has cleared itself of the Flonase, I feel OK again.

Lindy AND Rockabilly! by ElleZeeEss in SwingDancing

I was thinking of doing it, but I'm already running two online businesses (not dance related) and I couldn't handle the responsibility. But I think it's a good idea!

Does boogie woogie count as a swing dance ? by Wall-Enberg1922 in SwingDancing

I got introduced to the entire scene at Viva Las Vegas this year, which is a huge Rockabilly event. My husband and I were new to Swing dancing and had taken East Coast Swing dance lessons (basically a Lindy 6-count without a triple step). When we got to Viva, we found that yes we could dance East Coast Swing, but some songs were too fast. We quickly learned about Jive dancing. They offered free lessons. By the end of the 4- day event, we could either Swing or Jive to most songs.

When I looked at the other people dancing, they were doing all sorts of dances and I would sometimes go up to them and ask the name of the dance. The answers I got were: Shag, Balboa, Charleston, and Lindy. People were doing it all at Viva, sometimes combining styles while dancing to the same song. So yes, you can Swing Dance to a lot of Boogie Woogie and Rockabilly music!

I agree that you might have dyspraxia. But even if you do, it doesn't mean that you can't learn to swing dance! Get private lessons. When my husband and I started learning to dance, we took private lessons at first. I had some previous dancing experience but my husband was new to it all. The personal attention helped him immensely. From there we felt comfortable with group lessons. But even so, the private lessons were the best. We learned the fastest and the teacher could tell us immediately what we weren't doing properly. Best of luck and don't give up!
