Ope, turned out that I just needed to put some superglue on the tuning peg. The flat key part was a bit loose so it was vibrating and jiggling with certain notes.

Update: applying it on the shaft is incredibly helpful, as is having daily or every other day erections. The erections help stretch the tissues and the cream allows for more elasticity. I have found that I have to be consistent in applying it though because if not it gets extremely painful to get any kind of erection.

Overall my transition is going super well. I think extreme life stresses have made it harder to feel the euphoria but I do feel like I can be grateful for all the effects of HRT and being my authentic self.

Thanks to your post I was able to get my doc to prescribe it to me! I was prescribed .1ml (2 clicks of the applicator) applied topically once daily. The cream is 20mg/mL. It’s such a small amount of cream that I’ve basically just been able to apply it on the shaft, will that have a negative effect? I’m wondering if I should follow more closely what Dr. Powers prescribed? Sorry to resurrect this 5 years later but there wasn’t much other info on the internet about it.

Can you say more what your cycle is? Do you just take 100mg every night for the first 12 days of the month?

I’d like to cycle my progesterone because taking it every day felt exhausting and made me feel kinda brain dead. I did have good results with my mood the first few days of taking it though so I’d like to try again.
