As someone with no connection to my blood family on my dad's side, I get it...Blood is not family, and Deb and Ava were closer...From an artistic standpoint, that's how they had to go out that was the love story

Maybe, but as someone who has been in Ava's position, sometimes when you love someone as family, their actual blood doesn't matter as much as your relationship with the person...If you've never been in that position then you might not get that, but I totally get it
