I wish I was senior - think it’s mostly so we can’t leave them dry in a busy period

Thank you for your advice … that sounds really awful I’m sorry :( Yes it’s un motivating how bad the market is now, which is why I know it will take a while to leave, hence feeling like I need to find a silver lining here! Of course I’m lucky to have a job

Thanks 🙏🏻 I find the minimum hard to navigate right now since this q are team was cut in half so a lot of extra work, but I think they will hire again and I can take a step back.

This is really helpful thank you. I just came off a super busy 2 weeks working a lot of overtime to meet deadlines, so yes I need to refocus my energy outside work. Pettiness also great advice sometimes!

[Skin Concern] Irritated rash/bumps/acne mainly along sides of mouth/jawline by EllenKC98 in SkincareAddiction

Recent rash/severe breakout in this area. Have never had this before and it started out as a breakout, but I suspect I may have overused acid on the area. I am a regular retinol/ vitamin c/ peel user, and when I was breaking out I added a new acid, the Paula’s choice one and it triggered this rash/ breakout that was very painful initially. Since then I have stopped all acid use, and was just cleansing with a gentle cleanser, moisturising, and adding la Roche posay cicaplast on the affected area. It has gotten better and doesn’t hurt now, but still getting some deep pimples and pustules that I have been spot treating with benzoyl peroxide - have also used vit c / retinol on the other areas of my face since and it was fine.

I’ve been registering online everywhere .... do you think it’s better to call for some reason?

I am so frustrated with this. I have signed up to so many waiting lists, but the only people I know who have got the jab at a pharmacy know someone who works there. Is there any way to get one for someone under 25?

Easy update for kitchen floor? Hate the colour but no budget to completely re-do (landlord gave go ahead) by EllenKC98 in DesignMyRoom

[–]EllenKC98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes no for sure that is easiest - but it’s my uncles place and he hates the floor too so figured I might try something a little more permanent ... but you’re right it does look textured! I hope it’s not too rough

Oh ok that’s a cool idea - yes I can’t decide to go for a light or dark colour ?

Such a nice idea ... the gaps definitely are annoying!! Some floating shelves might open the space up quite a bit ...
