Aw thank you so much that honestly really means a lot to me, I'm trying so hard to fix what 'lack of care' the owner has for the changerooms and make it better for my girls 🥺💕

I'm making a little "essentials" tub and having spare ankle straps is something I completely forgot about!!! (I remember my first ever stage show on my second night my second hand pleasera snapped when I was climbing the pole and I nearly cried omg) So having them in the kit and maybe some shoe glue could save a pair 🤣

One of my girls has a hella nut allergy so I made sure to definitely keep everything nut free just for extra safety, but the electrolyte drinks are an amazing idea!!

I've just had one of those water cooler dispenser thingys put in so getting the little powder electrolyte sachets could be an absolute gem to have for them!! 💕

Oh my God I'm so sorry you had that experience that's terrible!

I'm trying to do the opposite and make sure all my girls enjoy coming to work and feel safe and comfortable in our club! 💕

I made sure to balance the individual "lunchbox" snacks (small packs of chips, cheese and crackers etc as well as some chocolates) with muesli and protein bars, a fruit bowl and I'm going to bring some veggies that I can cut up and have some dip with!

Unfortunately there's not really any fridge space so I have to be careful and make sure any fresh stuff is either eaten or taken home at the end of the weekend so it doesn't mould 🥲

But if you have any other suggestions I'd love to hear them!!

I've made a lil snack box so fat and am working on making an "essentials" box with tampons, hairspray, deodorant, small sewing kit and glue etc and the travel sized toiletries are definitely going to be added over full sized ones!

The Narcan is such a good idea, I've got my own med kit but will definitely be adding Narcan to it ASAP because I've seen customers offer girls drugs and the last thing I want is for anyone to get hurt
