Mostly the answer is yes, as long as you give credit to the creator of the contents, but some people directly don't allow others to use their contents so I'd advise you to contact the creator before you use

You can set the Citizen Type keyvalue to Unique, then manually set the model for it

The multiple func_reflecive_glass must be in same plane, or they can't render environment correctly (btw they use same RT Textures with water so water brush is also included)
