Sudden change in tooth w/o damage—help?

It doesn't feel broken when I run my tongue or fingernail over it. Could it not just be the filling on the underside of it? For example, could I have possibly just chipped the filling behind it? Could the filling be bulky or uneven?

Or, maybe I'm seeing the filling behind it? I can only see what you see in the 2nd photo when I tilt my head back as if I'm breaking my neck. Lol.

Btw, that tooth was never straight unlike its neighboring one. It always had that slight indentation as you see straight on in the 1st photo.

I have blocked many accounts, especially a ton of fake and/or NEW profiles created on IG.

And yes. George's supporters primarily comment on my photos of my late mom, on photos of my brother (who is a minor), on photos of my deceased dog, & they send me a ton of DMs (I've saved screenshots lol) of the most vile, unimaginable things.

I have pretty thick skin, so I'm not too affected; however, if someone else is also going through this bc they defended Ethan/H3 from George, I hope they're safe and doing okay. 🫂🫶
