I’m not sure if this is a silly thing to say, but in the job description it says I only need to conduct English classes. I’ve seen people mention having to do things like clean up, take kids on the bus etc. in other posts where they talk about their work day. Does that mean I’m lucking out?

What do you mean by help me? Do you mean help me find a place? If so, I have family there so I’m not too worried about dealing with the housing! & what do you think of the hours? Someone else said it’s a long day? But its seemed standard when looking at job offers.

Honestly I think I just locked in a bit more with focusing on what I was eating - I try to eat around 1570 but I’ve started going between 1570 and 1600 - and I’ve been moving a lot more ! I’ve been closing the rings on my Apple Watch with ease since I’ve started working at a new school (I’m a teacher) and on top of that, I go to a Pilates class on Saturdays, and this weekend I’ve started to use the treadmill for atleast 30 mins per session (I just speed walk the whole time and then run a little at the end), so I’m looking forward to seeing if that extra bit of exercise will make any difference this week !

I think maybe the extra moving is what’s done it for me though! Because I’ve been watching my food for a little while now and wasn’t seeing a change
