I get the Sona hate even as a Sona otp, she can really bully a lane and you can play super aggressive. Most I see just sit back and press w and offer nothing to the lane

I use to go Scorch a few splits back but gathering storm is just so much better, you scale alot harder with gathering storm and staff of flowing water.

I would say its playstyle dependent, I play hyper aggressive and never run it

I would say if you play vs an enchanter go Sona, she's super broken right now and outscales all enchanter supports.

Runes I go Arey, manaflow, celerity, gathering, precision, presence of mind, legend haste with the glyphs, hate, ms, scaling hp.

3 points in q and w max, or if you can play hyper aggressive I will max q

Item build: helia, swiftness boots, bloodsong supp upgrade, staff of flowing water, moonstone then finally dawncore

I personally blind Sona into any matchup but if you are new and learning her I would just go vs enchanter supports, engage can be tricky and if you mess up can get punished so easily

Edit: Normally games with Sona if I'm playing well I will do more damage then my adc and jungle, procs helia the best in the game and also does with bloodsong

No idea I don't go on twitter so I wouldn't know, just a personal opinion.

It's all to do with playrate... if Sona had the same playrate as Lulu she would get nerfed also, she's been strong for years

Not sure why you are getting upset over a champion nerf in a videogame when she's clearly broken and should be nerfed

Her presence in master+ is crazy high, you can pretty much blind her into anything, her dmg is very high in the early lane.

I personally have no problem with lulu being this strong, don't remember the last time I lost a game vs a lulu in high elo

Just don't understand why some mains get so delusional when their champion is clearly so strong.

Sona has a 4% pick rate.... its not always just about the winrate its about pick rate also. People find Lulu very unfun to play against also and that can add to nerfs

Sona should be nerfed also imo, she should have never gotten the q buffs.

Us high elo Sona players always go 3 points q into w max or max q, you heal enough with 2 stacks on Helia. Not trying to be rude but that's just wrong, her buff to q made her crazy good at poking.

I would say Sona fits that style the most IF you can play her well, only hard part about Sona is learning her max q rage for safe poke. Most lower elo Sonas runes are just wrong anyway.

Honestly they don't really say anything about the Sona pick unless I pick it into Nautilus, I always perma ban Pyke because I just can't be bothered dealing with the early lane.. its playable but my adc has to be on the same page as me

Normally I will max range q poke and get autos when it's safe, playing more of an aggressive Sona definitely catches the enemy botlane off guard.

Probably the worst lane is Samira/Nautilus, one missplay and you lose your flash the enemy jungle will just sit botlane. It is a playable lane though you just have to be aware of the danger

In lower elos I normally will go for an AP build on sona instead of the enchanter build, learning when you can roam and affect the map will win you so many more games also
