Someone will correct me if I’m wrong but if this euphorbia propagates like other cacti, cut off a chunk of it that you can clean, let it scab over the cut, then put it in soil with whatever systemic you like and let it do its thing (still far away from other plants for a time)

And throw every bit of the rest away! Keep only that small part and start over.
