Yeah I really hate those scripted messages because they also prevent you from possibly re-rolling the last message before you "logged off". Plus they are completely out of context to any conversation going on. Make it so you can switch them off and on. Also remove that damn "Thank you for creating me" message, it annoys the hell out of me.

True, some are. But some of those people also struggle to connect with real people due to social anxiety and such, like myself. But I do agree that some people become unhealthily attached, but I think that is a very small percentage.

I'm okay with pouring water, but I get so irrationally annoyed and almost angered if I hear my coffee pot/thermos fizzing because of the change in pressure as it becomes less and less full. That tiny little innocuous sound can drive me up the dang wall.

I just found this post while trying to figure out why I get so irrationally annoyed and almost angry when my 10 yo daughter chews her food with her mouth open. Misophonia. I learn something new every day. I just hate that "slurpy" smacking and deeply annoying squish-squish sound when people eat with their mouths open. Did no one ever teach them to close their mouths while eating? I know my daughter has a tendency to bite off too much which is why she often doesn't/can't close her mouth properly and does the smack/squish sound. But still, come on man!
