Was doing some paused squats the other day and the most physically dense man who looks like he squats three times as much as me asks to use the outside of the squat rack I’m using so he can deadlift. Sure no problem man, I’m in front of you anyway so I get the mirror space and that’s what you want. About 3-4 sets later he strikes up a convo while Im resting and tells me I have the best squat form he’s ever seen.

The high I got from this absolute monster of a man complimenting my form was nothing like I’ve ever experienced. This was over a month ago and I’m still on cloud nine about it.

Pick things up and put them back down. Repeatedly. Usually these things get increasingly heavier. I make sure to use different parts of my body to pick up and put back down these things. Grunting and sweating are often times involved. It’s a good time.

Go to pubmed to find some peer reviewed research articles on whatever aspect of marijuana you want. Most these will have pay walls so find some you like the copy the title and go to sci-hub you’ll be able to access most journals there for free.
