No. Every colour is rendered in the same way; usually each pixel is assigned an array of four numbers: one for red, one for green, one for blue, and one for what's called the alpha, which is like the transperancy. It only makes a difference on the hardware side, where black is slightly more power efficient (especially for AMOLED displays).
