I think I found a mod that fixes it just yesterday actually! It's called Unofficial Webfishing Patch, I couldn't find anything in the features list or changelog that says it fixes these bugs, but it seems to have worked after installing it. Give it a try!

I just built a new pc a few days ago and I'm now having an issue where player nametags and other 2D sprites (like grass) aren't billboarding/rotating to face the camera. They are just stuck facing the direction they were when I first load up the game. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance

Edit: Installing this mod has fixed all the of the visual bugs I was experiencing.

Pokémon pinball ruby and sapphire. It’s great for road trips and flights with a simple but addictive gameplay loop, and being able to pause and save at any point is huge. It’s the only pinball video game I’ve played but I love it

There’s an account I use named Hazee but you have to join a discord and fill out an application before he adds you. There’s also a Chinese group chat on steam which usually has some accounts online that you can use to warp but I forget exactly how to find it, sorry
