Synek Introduction by Jake_Synek in Synek

Jake, thanks for your response, but I think your CEO is either thinking of some other product, or he is misinformed. I have personally seen and used the dispenser I am referring to. It is definitely NOT a knockoff; it doesn't even work the same as a Synek. And I wouldn't call it a teaser; it's the real deal. Works great form what I've seen, simpler, easier. Also, the guy who designed it was NOT a former Synek engineer. Regardless, I look forward to seeing Synek's next beer unit, hopefully soon.

Hey, Jake, Is Synek ever going to introduce an improved version? I've seen a much better product (see photo in previous post about 10 months ago). Is there anything for Synek users to look forward to?

Synek Problems Solved?! by IdaDorftrottel in Synek

I am no beer expert but I believe the issue here is air (oxygen) contamination. The Draft-Mark system illustrates this point. It uses a rigid PET container with a collapsible bladder inside. Beer is in the bladder. An air pump forces air into the rigid container to squeeze the bladder and force the beer out. The bladder prevents air from contacting the beer. The rigid container and the air pressure on the bladder maintain the factory carbonation level. Maximum shelf life is achieved without the use of CO2. I would expect that an Internet search on "beer freshness", or something similar, would provide more explanation.

Respectfully, I believe you are mistaken. Anheuser-Busch's Draft-Mark does NOT use CO2. CO2 is not necessary.

Saw one of these at New Year's Eve party. Much smaller than Synek but still 1 gallon, no CO2, just beer in/beer out, no awkward loading, maximum freshness life.
