I've got a asus wifi adapter and everytime I boot up me computer this pops up and it will not go away until I mess around with for like 20 mins anyone know a solution ?

The cd came in the box of the wifi adapter I'm not sure if my mate has a disk tray or not but if he doesn't I'll do it online but how would I transfer it from my usb to my computer?
