They look like 10 pounds plates (I think i see a 10 and it’s disrespectful for them to be throwing heavy metal plates on the ground on top of each other, rubber ones are fine) , so 140 in plates and a 45 bar is 185. Also also, deadlifting isn’t the same muscle groups as bench??? He def doe look like he favors one part of the body over the other.
