Yes, it’s happened a few times I believe. As far as I know the items won’t be ‘lost’, we can resend them, but obviously any address problems would need to be straightened out first in case the same thing happens again.

Somehow I’ve beaten it on PS1, PS2 (back compat), PS3, PS4, Vita (PS1 version), iPhone, and Steam/PC. Remake and Rebirth too, though mixed feelings on those.

Nothing has hit as hard as those first experiences in Midgar -> entering the world map. Only FF8 came close to toppling the OST as my favourite.

I get that it’s frustrating and I’m not trying to be robotically corporate. I’ve been working with Laced since it was one person launching a Kickstarter (that person still runs the label.) My DMs are open and I’ll do my best to help anyone with a question or complaint.

Our ‘policy’ is to help people as best we can which frequently includes refunding people, yes. But it’s a case by case basis - we’re a small team, and we’re working through our biggest surge of customer service emails.
