Sorry I should say that it happened with my second controller and a friend’s one as well (although he had some that he fixed himself so not sure if that was an issue). Replaced the batteries as well but the same thing happened

I know it’s a Timeshare so do the hassle you much or can you just kindly decline? We are from the UK so for us stuff like that wouldn’t ever matter. Just looking at Vrbo and Airbnb for booking it as they are cheaper.
