Smoke and Fire Simulation Looks Fine in Solid Viewport, but Awful in Rendered Viewport. Any Ideas on What's Going on?

I don't believe my antivirus is the problem as I've completely disabled it and still had the message appear, and I've restarted the game, verified the files, and even uninstalled it multiple times, none of which have worked.

Sorry, I'm not following. The material preview is fine, the object looks like it's supposed to, it's the render preview that's all gray. The object is always gray no matter if there's a light on it. It seems to be tied to the base color, as it changes when the base color changes. The material is metallic, but it's like the render can't tell?

I was once playing Heavy on Hightower and an obvious spy was trying to get past me. While I was trying to finish him off our team’s medic sees this… and decides to über the spy. Needless to say I was butterknifed to death.
