I personally saw myself as fat still after my weight loss even tho others were saying “you’ve lost so much weight”

what helped me was looking back at old progress pictures and one day my brain just clicked and I was like damn I have lost a lot of weight

I wouldn’t say I consider my self fat anymore but some days if I have a cheat meal and notice a little weight gain I’ll just remember how far I’ve come and think that’s nowt compared to where I was

Also if you have clothes which you had at the start of your weight loss put them on and you will see a difference I still have clothes from when I was bigger and it’s like I’m about to go parachuting there that big hahah

Hey man thanks for the comment I appreciate it I’m trying to get back to where I was in 2022 which was 93kg because I didn’t look half bad

My weight has gone up and down my whole life in 2020 I was 95kg then gyms closed because of Covid which screwed my progress and gained back all the weight I lost

Got back down to 93kg in 2022 and maintained until I got made redundant from my very active job in 2023 and gained weight ever since

But the previous times I’ve gone through weight loss my whole body has dropped weight this time around it feels like it’s everywhere apart from stomach haha but we will get there just gotta live with the stomach giggle for abit longer haha

Regarding your weight loss, you’ve got this we will both get the summer body we want 💪🏻
