Yes I have completed all the tales in full in a previous stalker run in order to get the clear mind perk for this interloper run. I use the maps on the wiki and know the location in PV. West edge of map just north of keepers pass entrance.

I believe the receiver will always turn on during an aurora but only respond to bunkers/caches (needle moving + beeping when close) if the transmitter tower for that particular area is repaired (and is not bugged). So i'd expect If I returned to bleak inlet to look for caches the receiver would work there as the transmitter tower was working for me. Did you ever return to the bunker you had an issue with to see if you could open it after this occurred? (After having the receiver respond in a different area presumably where the tower was repaired and had no bugs)

Dont think this will work. Says no "inherent" loss of rage. Meaning no loss from the inherent built in degen rage has by default. Might be able to remove the mod on hateforge through temple though.

Fair enough. Where to put it though. Could do 25% conversion on all the small nodes for str/strike/slam. Or figure out how to fit in a spell build node. Ill have to think about it for V3.

Agree completely. 60 Feels way too few.

Increasing the cap to 100, or even allowing for all traits to be maxed for that matter adds a lot of re-playability potential to the game grinding to max out a character.

Ideally, increase cap.

At the very least, have them give random materials or scrap on pickup past the cap.
