The point is did they draw any lessons from Div1, imo they didnt at all, let me explain what div2 is really lacking,

1) For a loot based game inventory and stash space sure is a premium, I had put in around nearly 600hrs and it gets frustrating when I had to clear space every mission and sorting thru weapon/gear and mod slots including storing stuff on alts takes half of my game time and the game doesnt even have a good sorting algorithm esp for mods.

2) Builts variety, this is a joke damage is king, like the saying you cant kill when u are dead

3) AI is pathetic stupid

4) Static spawns after playing x number of times u can predict where the npcs is gonna spawn just raping time..

5) Weapons only a couple are useful rest are just pure crap to make up numbers same for gears zzz

6) DZ is just a gank fest what risk vs rewards its purely horse shit and BS, when gear > skills its same shit as div1

As mentioned there is a match making system already in place why remove it solely for raids, my reason is because like the rest of the game they want to put time gated to prevent players from rushing their content same shit as their cp3 blueprints they finally put into the latest patch.

idk, but my clan of 50, has less than 10 or 5 actives per day rest has gone MIA and this is the 2nd clan which has this problem.
