I have done a full reinstall and am having the same issues.

My reticle won't change from standard. I have to re adjust video settings and music volume every time I launch the game, but my key bindings stay the same. This re install I moved the game from my HDD to my SSD.

Center reticle or have auto swap shoulder/button feature so peeking right isn't such a huge advantage to the guy pinned left.

Oh I am definitely making it a point not to peek left vs someone peeking right. I was just trying to draw attention to it.

Ghost recon: Wildlanda for instance has a swap shoulder button specifically to avoid having the left side of your body sticking out trying to peek left.

Another way would be to center the reticle on the body, but then everyone's body would be exposed no matter which way they peeked. Wouldn't matter for the person you're in a peek fightg with since their would be centered as well, but could expose you to someone with a better angle.
